The treatment is generally well tolerated. You may feel a strong cooling sensation and light pressure at the start, which usually fades as the area becomes numb.
Each session lasts about 45–60 minutes. A cooling applicator is applied to the target area while you relax. After the session, the area may feel cold, firm, or slightly numb — these effects are temporary.
There’s no downtime needed. You can return to your usual activities immediately after treatment. Some may experience mild redness, tingling, or soreness for a short period.
You may need from 1 to 3 sessions, depending on the adipose tissue thickness and the desired reduction, and the preferably waiting time between 2 sessions will be about 45 days. According to the treating area extension, more than a single application could be necessary. Each application will last between 30 and 45 minutes.
